Key job responsibilities
The Leo team is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering leader to drive the mechanical supply chain strategy for our Leo Ground Gateway Terminal hardware-owning everything from supplier capability assessment to production scalability. You"ll work cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and operations to resolve technical tradeoffs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure we deliver reliable hardware at scale. This role combines hands-on engineering problem-solving with strategic supply chain ownership in a fast-moving aerospace environment.
