Sr AI EngineerLocation: Onsite - San Francisco, CA / Dallas, TX / Austin, TX
We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience leveraging
GenAI and agentic development tools to enhance the software development lifecycle.
This role focuses on building high-quality applications while using AI as a force multiplier across coding, testing, debugging, documentation and modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain software applications
- Leverage GenAI tools for coding, testing, debugging and documentation
- Create effective prompts and workflows for AI agents
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security and performance
- Generate and improve test coverage (unit, integration, regression)
- Refactor and modernize legacy systems using AI-assisted approaches
- Participate in architecture, design discussions and code reviews
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices
Required Skills
Strong programming in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#- Solid computer science and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs
- Strong focus on secure, scalable and maintainable code
Preferred Skills
Experience with agentic AI tools- Legacy system modernization experience
- Cloud-native development
- Experience in regulated environments (Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
Experience measuring productivity improvements using AI
