Medline Industries, LP is seeking Sr Analyst Business Systems IT to join our team in Mundelein, IL.
Job Description:
- Lead the operational support, enhancements, and release management of the S/4 Manufacturing systems.
- Responsible to maintain and support the Plan to Produce process including to work directly with business leaders to solve business problems, managing solution governance, reviewing solution quality, manage systems upgrades and enhancements, and spearhead key continuous improvement initiatives and solution decisions/roadmaps in the future.
- Work on the solution extension for business growth areas, including fit/gap against the template Medline solution, new system build elements, testing and regression testing, deployment, and support/defect resolution.
- Provide support for the S4 HANA Manufacturing business processes, and share expertise in the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3 days per week. Travel will be required 10% of the time to our International Manufacturing sites.
Job Requirements:
- PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
- In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Working with S/4HANA-Specific Configuration and Integration Knowledge to configure, enhance, and support SAP S/4HANA modules and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and dependent systems while aligning system functionality with business requirements. (2) Using Master Data Management (Knowledge of key fields and functional impact) to create, maintain, and govern master data objects, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper functional behavior across SAP modules and integrated systems. (3) Testing Unit, Integration, UAT and Documentation to validate system configurations, confirm end-to-end business process functionality, identify defects, and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements, while producing clear test scripts and supporting documentation. (4) Utilizing 6 - Go-Live Support, Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement to stabilize production environments, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, support business users post-implementation, and recommend enhancements that improve system performance and business efficiency. (5) Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering to analyze current and future-state business processes, collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, and translate business needs into effective SAP configuration and solution designs.

WORK HOURS: Full Time (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
PAY RANGE: $155,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
