Position Overview
Reporting to Corporate Finance leadership, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting capital raising initiatives, financial modeling, treasury activities, and strategic financing analysis tied to a major LNG development project.

This individual will contribute to evaluating financing structures, supporting lender and investor diligence processes, and developing sophisticated financial models that drive critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financial models supporting project finance and corporate financing initiatives
Analyze capital structure scenarios, including debt and equity alternatives, to support long-term value creation
Support financing processes and assist with lender and investor due diligence efforts
Prepare materials and analysis for financial institutions, rating agencies, and executive stakeholders
Assist in the review and coordination of financing-related documentation, presentations, and transaction materials
Monitor interest rate exposure and support treasury and cash management activities
Contribute to borrowing analyses, cash reporting, and compliance tracking
Partner cross-functionally with internal leadership and external advisors on strategic initiatives

Ideal Background

Background in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Treasury, Project Finance, or related fields
Strong experience building and analyzing complex financial models and cash flow forecasts
Understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and valuation methodologies
Experience managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior stakeholders
Experience within LNG, energy infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects is highly valued
Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office environment with occasional interaction within operational or construction site settings. The role may require standard physical movement throughout office or project locations and the use of standard office equipment and required safety gear where applicable.
