Position Overview
Reporting to Corporate Finance leadership, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting capital raising initiatives, financial modeling, treasury activities, and strategic financing analysis tied to a major LNG development project.

This individual will contribute to evaluating financing structures, supporting lender and investor diligence processes, and developing sophisticated financial models that drive critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models supporting project finance and corporate financing initiatives
  • Analyze capital structure scenarios, including debt and equity alternatives, to support long-term value creation
  • Support financing processes and assist with lender and investor due diligence efforts
  • Prepare materials and analysis for financial institutions, rating agencies, and executive stakeholders
  • Assist in the review and coordination of financing-related documentation, presentations, and transaction materials
  • Monitor interest rate exposure and support treasury and cash management activities
  • Contribute to borrowing analyses, cash reporting, and compliance tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal leadership and external advisors on strategic initiatives

Ideal Background
  • Background in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Treasury, Project Finance, or related fields
  • Strong experience building and analyzing complex financial models and cash flow forecasts

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior stakeholders

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office environment with occasional interaction within operational or construction site settings.
