The role will own the databases and tools necessary to develop the strategy of the Organic Growth team, leading projects or phases that are key for Organic Growth Planning activities such as Pipeline Management, Gating Process control, Goals‑KPIs tracking, Pipeline Reporting, etc. The analyst will ensure reliable and recurrent updates of information needed to track and report the status and evolution of the Onshore Renewables Pipeline of Projects, manage data, maintain tools, work independently with limited supervision, identify and propose process improvements, and act proactively to mitigate risks in project development. The position will lead initiatives, serve as the primary point of contact with various Onshore Organic Growth areas (Interconnection, Permitting, Development, Land Management, etc.), provide guidance and training on tools, and collaborate on information updates. Overall, the role will be key in reporting, analysis, and preparation of information to define strategy, plan the pipeline, achieve yearly goals, bring profitable projects to FID, anticipate and minimize risks, and prevent negative business impacts.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Balancing – Accountable for accurate and regular updates of databases and reports for project prioritization and balancing (FID target dates, technologies, markets, regions, etc.), following Avangrid's direction and guidelines; contribute complex information analysis to facilitate management decision‑making.Pipeline Reporting – Responsible for elaborating and releasing recurrent reports such as the Quarterly Pipeline Report and monthly Global Pipeline Report; identify gaps, conflicting information, and inform management of findings.Project Budgets – Owner of tools required for tracking actuals and forecast spending of projects under development; facilitate efficient use of tools by teammates.Projects Schedules – Owner of tools used to track operative milestones and economic commitments; identify KPI gaps, anticipate risks, and propose solutions.Development Projects Dashboard – Assist the Sr Manager in analyzing gaps between project schedules and the Development Dashboard; report differences and risks, and propose reprioritization to meet yearly goals and KPIs.Regional Quarterly Meetings – Collaborate on coordination, table and figure preparation for the Regional Meetings.Process Documentation – Document changes and updates in current processes and methods, and new processes created by the New Growth Planning and Pipeline Management team.Gating Process – Manage the coordination and revision of materials for Development Initiatives meetings, where approval of project ideas and promotions (PR0 to PR1, PR1 to PR2, etc.) is discussed.Projects Promotions – Owner of the Projects Promotion process: PR0‑PR1‑PR2‑PR3; serve as point of contact for tool usage in tracking project status for the gating process (Antares, MDQS, Descriptives, etc.).Tracking of Monetary Commitments – Ensure proper running of tools to monitor actual and future estimated spending; first line of communication with teams providing budget‑related data.Operative Milestones – Own databases and tools to monitor milestones such as Site Control, Engineering Design, Interconnection, and Permitting; maintain links and tracking tools.Project Descriptives – Assist the Organic Growth team with regular requests regarding Descriptive decks, template location, folder management, and information filling.Growth Strategy – Track achievements toward yearly goals, anticipate challenges, and propose business‑wide solutions.KPIs Reporting – Owner of the tools used for reliable and agile reporting of Organic Growth KPIs.Digitalization – Lead optimization and automation opportunities for team tools, proposing innovative solutions and documenting methods and processes.Cross‑functional Collaboration – Collaborate with different teams within the Onshore Renewables organization to benchmark tools, reports, and information useful for project tracking and pipeline balancing.Required QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 6 years of experience in the renewables / electric market industries (origination, development, RES financial modeling, M&A, etc.).Depth understanding of data management and analysis.Customer service focus and professionalism.Pro‑active, detail oriented, results‑driven, with organized work techniques.Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, VBA, and SAP skills.Spanish recommended.International assignment experience recommended.CompanyAVANGRID POWER, LLCMobility InformationPlease note that any applicant who is not a citizen of the country of the vacancy will be subject to compliance with the applicable immigration requirements to legally work in that country.At Avangrid we provide fair and equal employment and advancement opportunities for all employees and candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, protected veteran status or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.If you are an individual with a disability or a disabled veteran who is unable to use our online tool to search for or to apply for jobs, you may request a reasonable accommodation by contacting our People and Organization department at careers@avangrid.com.Avangrid employees may be assigned a system emergency role and in the event of a system emergency, may be required to work outside of their regular schedule or job duties.
