We are seeking a Senior HR Analyst to join our team at our Los Angeles HQ. As a Senior HR Analyst, you will be accountable for leading and optimizing HR transactional processes, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance across the full employee lifecycle while delivering actionable insights that support business decisions. This role is critical in enabling efficient, accurate, and scalable HR operations while enhancing the employee experience across the enterprise. This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.
Compensation
Salary Range: $72,000-$88,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
- Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, ensuring accurate execution from hire to separation
- Manage HR systems and data governance to maintain accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with federal contractor requirements, including OFCCP and EEO standards
- Deliver HR reporting and analytics that translate data into actionable business insights
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders to support seamless operations
- Provide team leadership, coaching, and oversight to HR Specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) (Required to be considered)
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR analytics
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems
- Experience with data reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
- Demonstrated experience with compliance and audit support (federal contractor experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience in a federal contractor environment (OFCCP, EEO compliance)
- Experience leading process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced HRIS and workflow automation experience
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
