Description

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) requiredDegree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics preferredExperience in financial services or derivatives markets is preferred, including an understanding of the financial systemKnowledge of CME Group's markets and services and a strong desire to learn moreMust have strong analytical skills, including experience in Microsoft Excel and data aggregationMust demonstrate strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skillsPrimary Responsibilities Support the product management and development of Long-Term Interest Rate Products & U.S. Treasury Futures, working with the Product Lead to implement the business strategyAnalyze business key metrics (such as volume, open interest, and revenue), monitor trends and apply product knowledge to add context to analysisFacilitate the development and ongoing management of market maker liquidity incentive programs, regularly engaging with both external clients and internal stakeholdersParticipate in sales efforts by attending customer meetings, supporting inbound/outbound client interactions by telephone call and e-mail, and tracking the status of outreach effortsAct as a liaison with internal teams including Clearing, Marketing, Client Development, and the Global Command CenterAssist in understanding the impact of market structure, drawing connections between macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, technology innovation, and other factors that impact the competitive landscapeDevelop a strong expertise within the relevant product group and broader understanding of global Interest Rate F&O, OTC products, and fixed income securitiesCollaborate with peers and develop contextual knowledge of other Interest Rate product groupsWork effectively across internal teams and stakeholders to help manage interest rate product issues that impact customers, the Division, or the entire organizationCompensation and Benefits The pay ranges for this role based on location are: Chicago: $89,300-$148,900; New York/New Jersey: $98,300-$163,900. Actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including relevant experience, skills, education, and comparison to internal employees. The compensation program also includes an annual target bonus opportunity and the opportunity to become an owner through a broad-based equity program.
