    SummaryThe Sr. Analyst, National Accounts provides reporting, administrative support, and cross-functional coordination to the National Accounts team. Based in Irvine with a hybrid schedule, the role leads commercial reporting processes and delivers analytical insights on brand and customer performance. The analyst supports ad-hoc projects, vendor and PO processes, POS reconciliation, and meeting coordination to drive account performance.ResponsibilitiesLead management and coordination of commercial reporting systems (Anaplan, Power BI, Nielsen and internal tools).Monitor and analyze brand and customer performance to identify gaps and opportunities.Produce ad-hoc reports and support special projects for National Accounts leadership.Facilitate vendor setup and purchase order processing and support invoice coding and reclasses.Support A&P tracking, accruals, POS allocation and reconcile POS reporting through ePOS and internal systems.Coordinate internal and external meeting logistics, report consolidation, and regional communication.RequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.2-3+ years of experience in sales or marketing within CPG, retail, or wine and spirits.Strong finance and budget management skills and comfort with large data sets.Advanced Excel skills and experience with systems such as SAP, ePOS, Power BI, Anaplan and Nielsen.Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and deliver timely, accurate business analysis.Organized, able to prioritize work, and able to learn and master internal databases and reporting processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
