Position Purpose:
The Sr Analyst Product Analytics leads the design and implementation of the Homedepot.com web analytics strategy. In this position, you will analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance (capacity, customer experience, fall out points, etc.).
You will collaborate with various departments to design and execute a fact-based continuous improvement / channel growth strategy using online and offline data analysis. The Sr Analyst Product Analytics works with analysts to analyze online data using various analytical tools to uncover trends and provide insight that will maximize HomeDepot.com online marketing efforts, as well as overall business objectives.
You will work with the other analysts to research and analyze business trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements and new internet marketing initiatives. You will analyze and understand the key drivers of performance related to Homedepot.com's online objectives.
You will analyze and provide insight on the HomeDepot.com website(s) traffic and conversion. Finally, you will work with analyst to provide weekly Web Analytic dashboards to Management and the supporting teams.
