Job Title: Solution Train Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Train Engineer with extensive experience in telecom projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading software testing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position requires a strong understanding of the SAFe framework and the ability to lead cross functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles.
Coordinate and manage software testing activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality products.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize testing requirements.
Implement and maintain testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance product quality.
Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile methodologies and testing practices.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process and overall project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience as a Solution Train Engineer or similar role in a telecom environment.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Leading SAFe.
Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of telecom industry standards and regulations.
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in software testing and project management, with a focus on telecom projects.
Proven track record of leading successful Agile teams and delivering high quality software solutions.
