The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University''s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate Billing, the Senior Analyst independently manages assigned billing activities for the University's residential and commercial real estate portfolio, including approximately 2,000 residential and 120 commercial tenants with annual billing volumes of approximately $3.8 million and $2 million, respectively applying lease terms, billing procedures, and sound judgment to ensure accurate and timely account administration. The role resolves complex Tier 2 billing escalations, identifies account discrepancies and root causes, recommends corrective actions, and supports the implementation of billing process improvements. The Senior Analyst coordinates multiple billing workstreams with competing deadlines and serves as a knowledgeable resource to internal partners on billing procedures, account maintenance, and issue resolution.
