  • This job is a member of the Agency Programs team within the Sales Programs and Specialty Pricing division in the Commercial Planning and Performance organization.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing incentive programs for our high-yielding agencies, including deal creation, evaluation, delivery, and execution

What you'll do

  • Build, maintain, and enhance advanced revenue and incentive models used to design programs for key agencies (e.g., scenario modeling, sensitivities, ROI calculations, performance target setting)
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by measuring incremental revenue, share movement, profitability, and other performance indicators
  • Develop and communicate clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support end-to-end program execution, including approvals, documentation requirements, and operational readiness
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance, and other teams to ensure programs are aligned to commercial objectives and drive incremental revenue

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Aviation Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Prior experience in Finance, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, or related field
  • Advanced degree in business-related discipline

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to effectively work with team members of varying backgrounds, skill levels, and management levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex and inter-related topics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including complex formulas and data analysis)
  • SQL proficiency
