Job Mission Reporting to the Director of Workforce Management & Process Improvement, the Sr. Analyst, Workforce Management plays a critical role in optimizing staffing schedules and operational efficiency across our retail boutiques. This position is responsible for leveraging workforce management systems to analyze data, forecast demand, while providing actionable insights to ensure optimal coverage, enhance productivity, and support strategic decision-making. The analyst will also serve as a key system expert, providing support, documenting issues, and collaborating with vendors on system improvements.
