Description
Seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in retail solutions. This hybrid role involves leading architecture design and implementation for retail systems. Responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable solutions and overseeing integration and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for retail processes and systems.
- Conduct requirements analysis and architecture decisions.
- Design integrations between retail systems and financial platforms.
- Manage functional and technical teams for successful implementation.
- Support testing, deployment, and production phases.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in retail technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising and financial processes.
- Experience with system integrations and middleware platforms.
- Proven leadership in guiding functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
