Senior Associate / Junior Partner – Construction Litigation
Location: Tampa, Florida (Relocation Assistance Considered)

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its thriving Construction Litigation practice in Tampa, Florida.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who is ready to take the next step in their career with a firm that values entrepreneurial thinking, exceptional client service, and long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex construction disputes and be interested in playing a meaningful role in the continued expansion of a sophisticated litigation practice.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on construction law.
• Experience representing owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and/or other construction industry clients.
• Proven ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Portable business is welcomed but not required for exceptional candidates.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is preferred, or the ability to become admitted promptly.
