Description

• Advise clients on employment law matters, including compliance, policies, and procedures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and contracts.
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices in employment law.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal challenges effectively.
• Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Support client development and business growth initiatives as needed.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• At least six years of experience working in employment law and related legal matters.
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
