Job Summary:
The Senior Associate, Origination, Commercial Analytics & Market Analysis will support the growth of the Company's renewable energy portfolio through a combination of customer origination, market intelligence, commercial analysis, transaction support, and pricing strategy. The role sits at the intersection of customer demand, power market fundamentals, and project commercialization.

Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Energy Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Economics, MS Energy Systems, MS Analytics, or equivalent) preferred.
3-7 years of experience in renewable energy, power markets, energy trading, project development, energy consulting, infrastructure investing, utility procurement, or energy finance.
Experience supporting the origination, negotiation, and execution of renewable energy transactions, including:
Physical PPAs
Virtual PPAs (VPPAs)
Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) transactions
Capacity agreements
Structured energy products
Understanding of North American organized power markets, including PJM, MISO, NYISO, ERCOT, and/or WECC.
Experience evaluating market fundamentals, including:
Supply and demand dynamics
Capacity markets and resource adequacy
Transmission and congestion trends
Renewable penetration and capture price impacts
Regulatory and policy developments
Strong financial modeling and transaction valuation experience.
Experience building market outlooks and translating market intelligence into commercial recommendations.
Prior experience supporting investment committee, executive leadership, or board-level presentations.
Proficiency with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Legal, Commercial Operations, and Leadership teams.
