    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Senior Analyst Quality is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading plant‑wide quality improvement initiatives that advance operational performance and product excellence. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the plant's Quality Strategy, ensuring the achievement of key quality performance indicators and alignment with quality-related plant performance indicators. You will also ensure the plant's Quality Management System remains compliant with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard and follows the processes and standards established by the Global Quality organization.

    You will support the continuous improvement of operations, existing products, and new product introductions by applying the End-to-End Quality process for new product development and using Early Management tools to support product and process changes. You will apply Lean manufacturing methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues, eliminate root causes, and improve system reliability. In addition, you will work closely with the Supplier Quality team and component suppliers to resolve quality concerns and effectively manage nonconforming materials.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the maintenance of plant quality systems and standards, including playbooks and standard work, ensuring they remain current, effective, and compliant.

    • Support manufacturing operations in resolving chronic quality issues.

    • Support the management of products and components placed on Quality Hold by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely product disposition and corrective actions.

    • Lead the resolution of quality-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing data-driven corrective actions.

    • Track, analyze, and report quality performance metrics to identify trends, highlight risks, and monitor improvement opportunities.

    • Recommend improvements to quality systems by utilizing sound scientific reasoning, risk-based decision-making, and established quality methodologies.

    • Collaborate with Procurement and Supplier Quality during new product launches, quality defect investigations, and the implementation of proactive quality controls.

    • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and drive a reduction in customer complaints.

    • Provide guidance, direction, and coordination to Quality personnel, as needed, to support the effective resolution of quality issues.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Processing) Science or related Technical Field

    • 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing/quality environment

    • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

    • Highly self-motivated and disciplined professional with a strategic mindset, capable of understanding and aligning with the broader organizational vision and long-term objectives.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills, combined with proven experience in project management, team leadership, and group facilitation.

    • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to make sound decisions and effectively solve complex problems.

    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab or equivalent software is an asset.

    • One to three years of working knowledge of quality systems, including Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), statistical analysis, quality improvement and quality assurance systems, internal quality audits, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Design of Experiments (DOE).

    • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize policies, procedures, standard work practices, and operating instructions to drive consistency and operational efficiency.

    • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.

    • Knowledge of and experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment is an asset.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Some travel may be required for project-related work

    • Full-Time position with regular business hours, Monday through Friday
