Sr Automation Engineer

JSat Automation is hiring a Senior/ Lead <\/span>Automation Engineer <\/span>with Emerson <\/span><\/span>DeltaV<\/span> <\/span>and <\/span><\/span>Syncade<\/span> <\/span>experience.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

• Proven experience as a Senior Automation Engineer with increased levels of responsibility<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• 5+ years’ experience designing, implementing and supporting manufacturing automation solutions<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Client facing role with excellent communication and customer orientation skills<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Interact with client personnel to identify and analyze continuous improvement through automation upgrades.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage, document, and implement these upgrades through changes control procedures.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Execute capital projects including; <\/span>Control system software development, <\/span>Control system hardware design, <\/span>Network design, <\/span>MES system implementation, <\/span>Recipe management, <\/span>User requirement specification development, <\/span>Process equipment installations, <\/span>SOP development and training on Automation Systems. <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve field control system issues.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop, review, and / or execute automation qualification and validation protocols.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage automation projects through effective financial and schedule control.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry experience desired.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Good knowledge of GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed with the Life Science Industry.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Leadership abilities <\/span>works well in a team environment.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Requires a <\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s<\/span> <\/span>degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science or Bio -Process Engineering, or related field.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• 5+ years’ Emerson <\/span><\/span>DeltaV<\/span> <\/span>Batch experience required.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• 5+ years’ <\/span><\/span>Syncade<\/span> <\/span>experience required.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Experience in Control Systems such as Allen Bradley, Foxboro, Siemens, and Honeywell. <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Experience with SCADA, MES, and database systems are required any experience with computer system validation is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
