Responsible for manufacturing consumer foods that meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Performs equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, including electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems. Follows GMP standards, inspects equipment, and implements continuous improvement initiatives. Coaches team members, documents procedures, and ensures training and qualification standards are maintained. Utilizes technical skills to resolve equipment issues and drive root cause analysis.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least five years of experience in electrical systems, PLC, SCADA, and automation in manufacturing. Preferred experience in food production and mechanical maintenance. Proficiency with power distribution, Allen-Bradley systems, drives, HMIs, and industrial networks.
Other details: willing to work rotating shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks. Good communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential. Basic computer skills and knowledge of safety protocols required.
