What You'll Be Doing:The Sr. Banking Treasury Sales Manager is responsible for partnering with Bankers and specialized coverage teams to drive deposit growth, treasury management revenue, and overall banking relationships across Stifel Bank's commercial, Venture Banking, Fund Banking, and institutional client segments. The role serves as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, delivering treasury, liquidity, payment, and cash management solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships across the broader Stifel platform. The position collaborates closely with Banking, Product, Operations, Technology, and external partners to support growth initiatives, product development, client onboarding, and strategic market expansion.
What We're Looking For:Experience supporting venture-backed growth companies, private funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and institutional clients.
Strong understanding of treasury management, cash management, liquidity products, commercial deposits, and digital banking solutions.
Knowledge of fintech treasury platforms, payment technologies, and emerging banking technologies.
Demonstrated success in consultative sales, client acquisition, and relationship expansion.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite, CFO, Controller, Treasury, and Operations stakeholders.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Ability to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Some travel may be required.
