Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements. Assist with the design, test, and implementation of new systems and existing system enhancements. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead business process redesign and assist in implementing solutions.u202f This includes setting priorities and preparing functional flow diagrams/maps and other documents to capture departmental standards, processes and methodologies.u202fxa0
Recommend, test, train, document, implement and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various systems.u202fxa0
Participate in or lead project cross-functional project teams.u202fxa0
Participate in the design, creation and maintenance of the Back Office and Enterpriseu202fSystems productsu202fand activities.u202fxa0

Education, Experience & Certifications
