- Serve as a Business Analyst supporting projects in Agile environments, especially in application development and technical program management.
- Focus on AI-driven initiatives, leveraging deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and ML applications.
- Bridge business requirements and technical/engineering teams, providing consultative guidance on AI development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, address concerns, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive consensus.
- Lead and coordinate diverse teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI solutions.
- Work onsite in Chicago, IL, two days per week (local candidates only).
- Support projects involving IVR technologies, Contact Center projects with voicebot, and Dialogflow.
- Participate in video interviews and be available to start within 2-3 weeks.
