Pay Range: 53/hr to 54/hr on W2

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Compliance to support enterprise-wide IT Compliance and IT Hygiene initiatives. This role will be responsible for monitoring compliance adherence, developing reporting mechanisms, assessing governance effectiveness, and driving operational excellence across IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Jira, ServiceNow, compliance reporting, process governance, and operating model implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sustainable reporting solutions to measure IT Hygiene adoption, maturity, and effectiveness.
• Serve as a Process SME, ensuring adherence to governance standards, compliance requirements, and established operating models.
• Utilize Jira and ServiceNow to track compliance metrics, process performance, and governance activities.
• Assess compliance against established policies, standards, and performance measures.
• Identify, document, and communicate non-compliance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Generate monthly compliance and performance reports for leadership stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of performance variations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with IT leaders, Scrum Masters, TPMs, Business Analysts, and governance teams to improve process consistency.
• Recommend enhancements to IT Hygiene policies, operational processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Support audit, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT Compliance, Governance, Business Analysis, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise with Jira (required).
• Experience with ServiceNow (required).
• Proven experience working as a Process SME and supporting operating model development and implementation.
• Experience supporting governance activities involving Scrum Masters, TPMs, and Business Analysts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow Analytics.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and identify meaningful trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or similar IT governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting compliance audits and risk management programs.
• Experience within large enterprise IT organizations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or Platform Analytics.
