Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

6+ years of Business Analysis experience with Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Approvals Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval workflows, and compliance requirements Knowledge of ERP integrations, particularly Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP Experience working with third-party risk management platforms such as Exiger Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Process Flows, and User Stories Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production deployments Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements. Lead requirements workshops and process discovery sessions for Coupa Procurement initiatives. Analyze current-state and future-state procurement processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Coordinate integration activities between Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications. Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements for inbound and outbound integrations. Review data conversion and migration requirements and perform business validation of migrated records. Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scenarios, and test scripts. Coordinate defect resolution activities between business users, vendors, and technical teams. Support go-live readiness activities, business training, deployment planning. Create and maintain project documentation, process flows, training materials, and operational procedures.

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
