Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience with Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Approvals.
• Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, particularly Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP.
• Experience working with third-party risk management platforms such as Exiger.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Process Flows, and User Stories.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production deployments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts PClientble, Vendor Management, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and process discovery sessions for Coupa Procurement initiatives.
• Analyze current-state and future-state procurement processes and identify opportunities for automation and process Eligible to workimization.
• Coordinate integration activities between Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.
• Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Review data conversion and migration requirements and perform business validation of migrated records.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Coordinate defect resolution activities between business users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Support go-live readiness activities, business training, deployment planning.
• Create and maintain project documentation, process flows, training materials, and operational procedures.
