Sr. Business Analyst
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid Model)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Familiarity with rating, pricing, underwriting rules, and loss drivers
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements (DOI filings, state specific rules)
• Experience with core modernization, replacement, or enhancement initiatives
• Requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and SME sessions
• Strong ability in
requirements traceability (RTM) and change impact analysis
Convert business needs into system ready functional specifications
• Strong experience working in
Agile / Scrum teams•
Jira story creation, Backlog grooming, sprint support, and story clarification• Close collaboration with:
o Product Owners o Solution Architects o Developers & QA teams Roles & Responsibilities• Creation of:
o Business Requirements Documents (BRD) o Functional Requirements (FRD) o User Stories with Acceptance Criteria o Use Cases and Process Flows• As Is / To Be process analysis across policy, underwriting, claims, and servicing
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
Experience with
STP (Straight Through Processing) and workflow enablement Key Words to search in Resume
