Role Summary
  • Provide business analysis and compliance support for pharma/healthcare applications by gathering business requirements, supporting testing activities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
  • Work with testing teams to develop and execute test plans
  • Identify, track, and report defects and issues during testing cycles
  • Support operations, application releases, and project activities using JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GxP, FDA regulations, GDPR, and related standards
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to support regulatory adherence
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and process improvements.
