Provide business analysis and compliance support for pharma/healthcare applications by gathering business requirements, supporting testing activities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
Work with testing teams to develop and execute test plans
Identify, track, and report defects and issues during testing cycles
Support operations, application releases, and project activities using JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GxP, FDA regulations, GDPR, and related standards
Develop and implement compliance programs to support regulatory adherence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and process improvements.
