STAND 8 provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and internationally. We help organizations transform technology investments into measurable business outcomes by delivering exceptional talent, consulting, and managed services solutions.
Join our global solutions as we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Hierarchy & MDM Architect to join our team supporting one of the world's most recognized media, entertainment, and consumer products organizations. This highly strategic role sits at the center of a large-scale business transformation initiative focused on accelerating the lifecycle from licensing negotiations to product development, retail distribution, and revenue realization.

This position is not a traditional Business Analyst or Project Manager role. You will serve as a hybrid Business Architect, MDM Strategist, and Systems Thinker responsible for helping redesign how product information is defined, governed, maintained, and consumed across a complex ecosystem of CRM, product development, compliance, reporting, and analytics platforms. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and operational stakeholders, you will help establish the future-state framework for Product Hierarchy, Metadata, Governance, and Master Data Management practices that support long-term business scalability.

You will lead requirements elicitation efforts, facilitate stakeholder workshops, analyze process and technology impacts, evaluate future-state architecture options, and help establish the guiding principles that ensure improvements remain sustainable over time. This role requires someone who can think beyond data structures and understand the broader business processes, organizational behaviors, governance models, and technical dependencies that drive successful enterprise transformation.

If you enjoy solving complex business problems, facilitating consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, and designing scalable information architectures that improve operational efficiency - this is an exceptional opportunity to shape the foundation of a major enterprise modernization initiative and we look forward to hearing from you!
