+ years of BA Experience in IT projects. IT software/application project experience required

Review and analyze complex processes and systems, breaking them down into manageable components.

Has strong problem -solving skills - finds root causes, and not just symptoms.

Technical Proficiency
<\/div>
Familiarity with enterprise software, such as Oracle and SQL Server.
<\/div><\/li>
Understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and Data Flow Diagrams.
<\/div><\/li>
Not necessarily a developer, but should have a strong understanding of how IT systems work.

Requirements Gathering Proficiency

Agile/Waterfall Knowledge

Should have previous experience in working with Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) AND Waterfall projects.

Documenting high -level Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and execution of test cases.
<\/div><\/li>
Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Prior State of VA IT Business Analyst Experience Strongly preferred
