Seeking someone that can be certified in 1 of 3 areas: Workday Core HR, or Compensation or Time and Absence.

This role is remote but candidates MUST reside in Texas
Job Description: • Assist to collect data for requirements
• Assist to document requirements in requirements matrix
• Assist to build Visio workflows
• Contribute to maintaining RAID log items
• Assist to facilitate workshops for discovery sessions
• Assist to build the test script scenarios
• cleans data across all Alamo workstreams
• Assist with collection of future state custom reports and partners with leads to develop a test sample so that implementor can build and configure.
• Partners w/PMO Team and track leads to document and collect alignment
• Assist with testing across integrations
• Serves as Tester across all HCM (7) workstreams
• Serves as Tester across Payroll systems
• Assist with training, scheduling and delivery (frontline only)
Requirements:
• 3-7 Years Experience with delivering large HCM project (Workday preferred, Oracle HCM, SAP HCM,, Paycom)
• 1-2 Years with Large Consulting and Implementation firm (preferred).
• Certified in 1 of the three: Workday Compensation, Workday Core HR, Workday Time & Absence
• Business Degree in Math, Science or Technology or equivalent to Certified in Workday HCM or Workday Payroll
