The Core Selling Partner Experience team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Governance team, which is focused on measuring the quality of the Selling Partner Experience.

This position requires innovative thinking, ability to quickly approach large ambiguous problems and apply reason, technical and engineering expertise to rapidly research, validate, visualize, prototype and deliver solutions. This position also requires significant cross functional work and integration with other teams. Successful candidates should thrive in a collaborative environment.

We"re looking for someone who is willing to grow with the organization, take ownership and responsibility for the data, to understand it, deep dive problems and own the solution (which often requires partnering with others on and off our team).

Key job responsibilities

To support this vision, we are seeking a Business Analyst to build analytical tools that will ultimately be a key driver in driving the growth of the company. You will leverage our data to drive operational efficiencies, provide key data-driven insights, enable new opportunities and innovate on behalf of Selling Partners. You will drive future solutions that will impact how we capture sentiment for new Selling Partners and delight our existing ones, and you"ll have a lot of fun along the way!

As you further your career as a Business Analyst at Amazon, you will focus on improving corporate reporting frameworks and data visualization. You will research performance data, discover and solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases to make strategic business recommendations. We are focused on your success and want to build and support passionate innovators within Selling Partner Services.

  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
  • Model data collected from various sources to determine correlations and identify areas to improve.
  • Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.

The Selling Partner Experience EASE Team works with partner teams to execute on identify areas to improve all Amazon-built experiences for our 2 million Selling partners worldwide. We interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with partner teams to implement changes that improve the Seller experience. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring Amazon remains the platform of choice for Sellers by continuously enhancing their ability to succeed.
