Job Summary Sr. Business Analyst

- Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst
- Work Location: Telecommute (WV040)
- Work Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Onsite Requirement: 100% remote/telecommute

Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit, review, analyze, and write functional and non-functional business requirements (3+ years).
- Perform and lead requirements gathering and validation (3+ years).
- Manage project controls including issues, risks, requirements, scope, and schedules (1+ year).
- Maintain visibility on day-to-day project activities with teams and ensure regular interaction with key executive stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders (internal and client) to ensure proper strategy, planning, alignment, integration, and visibility.
- Engage in government RFP responses and SOW activities.
- Support enhancement work on the WV PATH Family Assistance module, specifically related to H.R.1 bill.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Health and Human Services (including SNAP and Medicaid).
- Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience working on government projects (RFP/SOW).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Extensive experience in healthcare/business analysis, especially related to Health and Human Services (SNAP and Medicaid).
- Demonstrated ability in writing and validating business requirements.

- 1 Project Manager
- 4-5 Developers
- 1 Requirements Manager
- 1-2 Business Analysts

Interview Process:
- 2 rounds, conducted via video
- Not highly technical

Licenses/Certifications:
- No professional license or certification required
