The Senior Business Analyst provides a thorough analysis of business problems and customer needs to define functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions; manages requirements, assists in translating them into solution specifications and verifies the fulfillment of all requirements. Strong partnership with business and technical teams to deliver solutions with respect to value, quality, and end-user experience. Acts as a conduit between IT and customers.
