The Business Analyst will collaborate with the IVR Team, Customer Engagement Team, Servicing Team, and other Lines of Business across the Bank.
Responsibilities include eliciting requirements through interviews, data analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and business process analysis.
Perform in-depth analysis to map data to Data Warehouse and source system Web Services.
Validate that development aligns with business expectations and understand the upstream and downstream impacts of application functionalities from both business and technical perspectives.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Units and coordinate communication among development disciplines such as IVR, Contact Center, Java, Data Warehouse, and IT Operations.
Collaborate with IT Teams and Business Units to ensure smooth application updates and integration across systems.
