Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and support our client's Enterprise AEPC initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise program execution, stakeholder management, and multi-environment deployments and a proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver validated, compliant solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project structure, governance, reporting, and communications for the AEPC program.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with clear status updates and timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Drive end-to-end implementation, including initial launch and multi-country rollout across contact centers and affiliate websites.
- Partner with the technical lead and business leadership to align scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Program and project leadership across multiple workstreams, including development, validation, training design, and deployment.
- Stakeholder management with structured reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Experience with multi-environment and multi-country solution rollout in regulated settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in pharmacovigilance, adverse event/product complaint processes, or life sciences compliance.
- Experience with enterprise change management and training development for global audiences.
