That means raising the bar for treatment expectations in the field of immunology, as we develop and launch innovative treatment solutions that may reduce the burden of diseases such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, non-radiographic axial spondylarthritis and alopecia areata. The Lilly Dermatology Specialty Business Directors will be accountable for leading a team responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly immunology portfolios. This includes HCPs in dedicated rheumatology and dermatology practices, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. The Specialty Business Directors and Specialty Territory Managers will partner with key customers in the rheumatology and dermatology space to increase Lilly's ability to drive adoption of our new and existing therapies. They will also create business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. They will be viewed as credible resources.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
  • Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record is required.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$157,500 - $257,400

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
