  • Business Process Engineer shall be responsible for fulfilling the requirements for Task 1: Develop and support a business process re- engineering program for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers.
  • Researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability.
  • Analyze workflows within and between business functions in order to optimize the end-to-end business process and eliminate tasks that do not improve performance or provide the customer with value.
Requirement:
  • At least a Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience developing flow charts/process flow diagrams or data flow diagrams/business process modeling
  • At least 2 years' experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI experience
