Sr. Business Project Manager- Receivable product service.

Role: Senior Business Project Manager – Receivables Product Delivery
Location: Hybrid, Chicago or Naperville offices 3 days per week onsite
Pay: $60-70/Hr.

Introduction

The Senior Business Project Manager will lead large-scale, high-visibility business initiatives within the Receivables Product organization. This role is accountable for end-to-end business delivery and stakeholder management while partnering closely with dedicated technology project managers responsible for technology execution. The position requires an exceptional communicator who can manage executive stakeholders, drive governance activities, coordinate complex initiatives, and translate technical information into meaningful business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Payment/Cash Management/Banking operations - 5-10 years of experience
• Business Project Management - 5-10 years of experience
• Cash Vault Service/Receivable product suite
• Treasury services - 3-5 years of experience
• Prior work experience in the Commercial Banking Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience in Commercial Banking
• Experience in Treasury Services
• Knowledge of Cash Vault Services, Cash Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Check Scanner Solutions, Receivables Product Suite

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business initiatives
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Drive project planning and execution activities across multiple stakeholder groups
• Build and maintain relationships with business and executive stakeholders
• Lead steering committee meetings and governance forums
• Prepare executive reporting and status updates
• Manage project documentation and project lifecycle deliverables
• Coordinate business readiness activities
