As a Senior Business Specialist - Distribution Management, you will play a pivotal role at the center of AGCO's global operations-working directly from our headquarters or remotely to drive distribution performance, operational excellence, and strategic insight across North America.
This is a high-impact opportunity where you'll partner with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and help shape how AGCO connects with dealers and customers at scale.
Your Impact:
Analyze distribution network and dealer performance across North America
Deliver insights to leadership on KPIs, trends, risks, and opportunities
Support strategic initiatives to improve growth and operational outcomes
Identify and digitally create solutions to reduce data query and reporting complexity
Standardize reporting tools and performance frameworks
Identify cost, efficiency, and service improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and Supply Chain
Support HQ-driven transformation and system initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor on distribution performance and data management solutions.
Develop dashboards and executive reporting packs
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strengthen analytics capability across the business
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field. Advanced training/certifications are preferrable.
5+ years' experience in business analysis, data engineering, report/query writing, and validation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; expert level experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI required.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
Manufacturing or agricultural equipment experience
Masters degree in data science or related field
ERP/SAP exposure
Project or process improvement experience
Familiarity with Python, Tableau, ArcGIS, Qlik
