Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst – (Direct hire/ W-2 job)
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 DOE + Excellent benefits including matching 401K!

*Will collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
*Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align data analysis efforts with organizational goals. You will be responsible for translating complex data into understandable and actionable information, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:Education:- BS Computer Science or Information Technology or related degree
- 5 +years of experience in IT project management, product delivery, or a similar business analytics role.
- Working knowledge or experience with the following:
- Project Management: (Agile/SCRUM, PMP, etc.)
- Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI (preferred), Qlik
- Data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools: SQL, Python, R
- Statistical techniques and concepts: regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data mining, machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Understanding of data warehousing architecture and data pipeline development process
- Experience with IT service management (ITIL: service request, incident, change, asset/configuration item, knowledge management) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
