Sr Business Systems Analyst I (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers a remote schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of IT business analysis experience
• Experience with:
  • Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst 
  • Cloud-hosted application 
  • Medicare 
  • Jira/Confluence
  • TestRail/ALM

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily stand-ups within Agile teams
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, document user stories, and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to team presentations with strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner
• Take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job-related field; OR
• 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job-related degree

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis with at least 6 years of experience. They will be proficient in agile methodologies, particularly as an Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst, and have experience with cloud-hosted applications. A solid understanding of Medicare and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and ALM is essential. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder and capable of obtaining a low-level U.S. security clearance.

The hourly rate for this position is $45.50.
