We're hiring a Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a remote role.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of IT business analysis experience
- Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst experience
- Experience with:
- Cloud-hosted applications
- Medicare
- Jira/Confluence
- TestRail/ALM
- Nice To Have: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Understanding of DevOps practices and helps in managing cloud-based analytics pipelines and deployments
- Experience with version control, automated testing, and deployment of workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within Agile teams, participate in daily stand-ups and use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, document user stories, and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to team presentations, where strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner
- Take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions
- Help define customer needs in a technical context, ensuring that the proposed cloud technical solutions meet the customer's objectives
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job-related field or 4 years of job-related work experience; OR
- 2 years of job related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job-related degree
The hourly rate for this position is $45.46.
