Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including identifying business processes and supporting process improvements
- 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a distributed environment
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL Server enterprise database management systems
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Agile project management and code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to operate effectively within defined roles and responsibilities
- Ability to provide after-hours support during and after application deployment, including researching complex issues, determining root causes, developing workarounds, and coordinating with vendors for resolution
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, QA, UX designers, and product owners
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of infrastructure and systems concepts
- Experience performing data analysis by creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to both technical and business audiences
- Experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile Scrum framework and applying it to product development and delivery
- Experience with real estate or facilities management systems (e.g., IWMS, lease administration platforms, space planning tools)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and data visualization
- 7+ years’ business systems analysis experience
- Experience with collaboration tools, like MIRO
- Continued education including additional analytical or business degrees, and/or various technical disciplines
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with mobile and web applications
- Experience using Microsoft DevOps to manage agile team backlog and sprints
