Sr. Campus Service Representative (Full Time)

Job Title:
Campus Service Representative (CSR)
Position Summary:
Performs a wide variety of administrative duties including but not limited to, visitor management, answering phones, monitoring hand held radio, and monitoring camera feeds. Works under directions from Sr CSR and Facilities Management team.
Essential Job Functions
Possess a strong sense of urgency
Maintain discretion and confidentiality
Possess excellent situational awareness
Keep all logs, sign-in rosters, and other related documents current, log special incidents
Must be willing to work early morning, evening, night, weekends, and holidays
Greet all visitors in a polite and professional manner
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Use and monitor handheld radio communication equipment
Notify and direct emergency responders as needed in accordance with procedures defined in Post Orders
Monitor camera feeds and immediately report any suspicious activity to the Facilities Management team
Assist guests/visitors with documented check in and check out procedures
Performs surveillance duties as assigned on foot, and whilst driving a golf cart
Initiate after hours notifications in accordance with procedures defined in Post Orders
Monitor all motor vehicle traffic in and out of the facility to include all parking lots
Perform and document hourly checks on all critical equipment as defined in Post Orders
Answer telephone calls and convey messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons
Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures
Maintain office area in a clean, neat, and professional manner
May be required to train and assist other employees
Other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager and/or Director

Senior Campus Service Representative (CSR)
Position Summary:
Performs a wide variety of administrative duties including but not limited to, visitor management, answering phones, monitoring hand held radio, and monitoring camera feeds, while initiating campus security protocols, procedures and measures. Works under directions from Facilities Management team. The Senior Campus Service Representative is responsible for developing and implementing schedules and protocols in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves conducting facility inspections, managing team supplies and equipment, and serves as lead for the CSR team. Ensures adherence to safety and environmental standards, leads special and advanced Campus Service Representative projects, maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. Additionally, provides training, support, and performance guidance and feedback to staff, and execute preventive measures and CSR maintenance tasks as needed.

Develop and implement CSR schedules and protocols tailored to the manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess security and address any deficiencies, maintaining a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
Manage inventory of CSR supplies and equipment, ensuring that resources are stocked and maintained properly.
Serves as lead and trains a team of CSR staff,
Ensure all CSR practices comply with company safety standards and EHS regulations, conducting training sessions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, incidents, and inventory, providing regular reports to management.
Lead special and advanced CSR projects, such as BOD and VIP visits, construction and vendor access and monitoring, campus events, tours, and Vero Beach Airport Authority AOA compliance.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed.
Work as primary representative during FAA inspection and auditing of CSR processes, as well as with other regulatory and certifying agency inspections and audits.
Serves as lead with the ability to guide and willingness to receive and share practical knowledge, train, cross-train and mentor teammates within career path to perform necessary job functions and requirements in order to attain satisfactory levels of performance and production effectivity. Provides support, along with performance guidance and feedback to ensure a high level of service.
Adhere, maintain, assist and train teammates within career path to all departmental compliance requirements such as Safety, Environmental Protection, FOD and Tool Control, 5S and other assigned programs.
Perform audits of areas within the department as required to maintain compliance with all FAA and Piper operational requirements. Initiate related operational process or procedural corrective action, or request additional assistance from leadership or other support teams where necessary.

Minimum Position Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, or successful completion of a verifiable occupational training program; or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of high school diploma
Ability to operate security and safety equipment and tools effectively and safely
Knowledge and skillful use of security supplies, tools, and campus safety and security practices.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including proper fit and use of respirators as required
Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures and Safety Data Sheet requirements
Ability to work scheduled shift and hours, including overtime, early morning, evening, night, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
o Campus Service Representative:
Previous experience in an industrial / campus security or monitoring role
Experience operating and maintaining campus security equipment
o Senior Campus Service Representative:
Previous experience in an industrial / campus security role, with at least 2 years in a team leader position preferred
Experience guiding and executing campus security and monitoring tasks
Experience operating and maintaining specialized security equipment
Physical Demands
Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks. Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate job specific equipment. Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Other physical requirements include the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, twist, balance and reach above, out, and below.
