Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute complex civil engineering initiatives, managing projects from inception to conclusion across diverse land development assignments, including:
- Implementing civil engineering principles and design standards
- Executing computations, reports, permits, and CAD drawings
- Crafting site plans, grading, utilities, erosion, and sediment control systems
- Stormwater management design and compliance
- Designing roads, parking, and infrastructure
- Basic water and wastewater system design
- Proposal development for professional services
- Engaging with clients and managing these relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Contributing to technical strategies and participating in public forums

Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited institution
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
