  • Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take the lead on impactful utility and infrastructure projects?
  • This Senior Civil Engineer role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding construction efforts, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting long?term capital planning!


What your future day will look like:
  • Lead complex civil, water, and wastewater construction projects from planning through completion
  • Support capital project budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
  • Review engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents
  • Oversee contract administration, negotiate change orders, and review payment applications
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, municipalities, utilities, and project partners
  • Provide technical guidance on treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and system performance
  • Track and document project milestones using internal project management tools
  • Prepare project reports and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in on?call rotation for construction?related emergencies

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification in South Carolina (or the ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • 8+ years in civil infrastructure or utility construction
  • Water/wastewater utility experience is a major plus
  • Experience with contract management, design review, and construction oversight
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
