Responsibilities include:Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projectsManaging project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryProviding technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staffPreparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimatesCoordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project successConducting construction oversight and administration as neededLeading business development efforts , including proposal writing and client engagementProject Types:You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including:Stormwater infrastructureRoads & highwaysWater & wastewater treatment systemsSubdivision land developmentFederal Government facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects)What We're Looking For:We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers, all holding PE licenses. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary.
