Position Summary:
The Client Reporting Manager is a strategic analytics leader responsible for owning the design, development, and delivery of high-impact reporting and data insights for external clients and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a primary analytical partner to Client Success/CIPD, Clinical Operations, and Finance - translating complex healthcare data into clear, actionable intelligence that demonstrates program value and drives informed decision-making.
This individual brings strong organizational discipline and project management skills to a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing competing priorities, reporting timelines, and cross-functional deliverables with precision. They build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal partners, communicating proactively and escalating issues appropriately to protect both data quality and client satisfaction. The role requires deep expertise in healthcare analytics, proficiency across modern data engineering tools including Databricks and SQL, and a commitment to continuous improvement of analytical infrastructure and governance.
